One of Washington’s oldest neighborhoods, Columbia Heights is experiencing an urban transformation back to its previous grandeur. Our Kenyon Square project represents an evocative tribute to the historic architecture in the Columbia Heights neighborhood.
Torti Gallas employees on a site visit at our Swift Safeway project. The Swift is located in Petworth, a transit-oriented neighborhood in transition, with both newly built and proposed residential condominium development on its main street – Georgia Avenue.
Torti Gallas and Partners and Torti Gallas Urban employees joined forces to volunteer and improve the Lederer Gardens and Environmental Education Center. Our muscles were sore but Lederer Gardens, located across the street from our project, The Nannie Helen at 4800, is looking better than ever.
