Additional Culture Details
70% of our employees came to us with no prior mortgage experience. We have an in-house training program (TFF LO Bootcamp) that has allowed us to broaden the talent pool and make smarter hiring choices. We hire people. We hire people we like, people that we think will fit in well, people that bring great energy into our office every day and that are competitive. This approach has allowed us to create a culture filled with great people that work hard and respect their co-workers and management. I am not aware of another company in any industry that has a sense of teamwork like we have.
