-Investments in the latest technology to ensure we can perform our mobile jobs at the highest level. In addition to these professional tools, we devote resources into gateways that allow teammates to provide anonymous feedback so everyone’s voices are heard. We also have a portal that allows everyone to shout-out the team members who have impacted their lives in that particular week, bringing our mobile team closer together.
-Our entire team comes together in-person and/or via video every Friday to keep everyone informed with company updates from the executive level, ensuring transparency is consistent. During that meeting, we also spend time celebrating wins and showing appreciation for every role and department. This brings to light the impact everyone at the organization plays.
-Once a year we fly in our entire company to meet together for our 2-day progress team event. These are one of the best ways to celebrate our greatest assets, our people. Providing additional training, looking back at the year in review, looking at the year ahead, and unwinding with food and drinks together is a powerful adhesive for our team.
