I have never worked at any company less siloed and less focused on titles and importance. When there is a team meeting, if you were and outsider, it would be hard to tell who was who's boss. I have also never heard anyone here say, "that is not my job." Instead, what you see is service to each other to help get goals accomplished and accomplished well.
