The mission of Thrive Behavioral Health, LLC is to provide quality mental health services to individuals and families with a focus on reducing traditional barriers of accessing treatment and on ensuring a high level of collaboration with our community partners.
Additional Culture Details
Thrive Behavioral Health offers a positive, supportive team environment that views “mistakes” as learning opportunities for individual staff and as indicators of areas the agency can improve its training and/or systems. Staff frequently participate in pot-luck lunches, happy hour events, and other celebrations of important life events. Staff members recently described the agency as having “zero toxicity” and being a "family".
