Additional Culture Details
Our company culture is what makes us unique and stand out from other organizations. We foster an employee centric, family oriented, inclusive company culture. It is this that creates a fun work environment that keeps our employees happy and engaged. We have employee events every month throughout the year, such as a Beach Party, volleyball tournament, annual trip to Catalina as our Employee Appreciation Day, a famously over-the-top Halloween costume contest, and a fabulous Christmas Party to name a few. Equally important is our involvement in the community. We offer an employee volunteer program that enables employees to use up to two work days to volunteer for a charity of their choice. We are long time participants in the United Way and year after year we average over $80,000 dollars in contributions. We organize Operation Drumstick, which raises funds for local charities around Thanksgiving. This year, we were able to purchase 50,000 disposable masks which were donated to St. Joseph's Hospital and other front line workers. We strongly believe that it is this culture that accounts for the fact that over 30% of our employees have been with the company for over 10 years.
