In keeping with our tradition of continuous improvement, property leaders are committed to the execution of Operational Excellence through our focus on planning, accountability and behavioral changes in order to exceed the required results. In collaboration with our fully engaged team, we will ensure that we are prepared to increase profitability in the ever-changing industry landscape and to pivot our operation plan to achieve satisfaction from both our internal and external guests.
