The Union Club is a premier private city club, that is a historical land mark located in the theatre district of Cleveland, Ohio where the civic and political leaders of Greater Cleveland meet to do business, share friendships and celebrate this great city. The club is ranked #35 in the United States, the City Club category for which the population is over one thousand national organizations.
Club host 1600 members and spouses with services of Food and Beverage, private catering, valet parking, in house barber shop and shoe shine, completed fitness center with excellent private trainers to help our members live a healthy life, elegant overnight accommodations, Board room style meeting rooms, a grand ballroom. All function space is appointed with the latest in technology and visual digital desires.
Staff is well trained to meet the needs and wants of accomplished business icons of Cleveland. Events and educational training are imperative for our staff to keep pace with the ever-changing landscape of service and hospitality.
The Union Club in partnership with the Union Club Foundation continues to support both private and public causes for the benefits of all organizations involved.

We offer complimentary Educations & Certifications to both management and hourly staff. We maintain a healthy business model to secure annual raises by staff performance. We offer Leadership coaching and individual management coaching through Yan Maschke Company. We offer Financial literacy and budget preparation training internally. We offer complimentary to all staff attendance to national & local industry conferences and seminars. TIPS and food safety education and certification is complimentary for all staff as required.
