FUN Isn’t a Four-Letter Word. Getting your job done is great. Getting your job done while having fun is… well… GREATER! We want employees to love where they work and TTA works HARD to make sure that happens! From Halloween parties, to company wide Apple picking, or bring your kids to work day and many team building activities. TTA provides a family like atmosphere that promotes hard work with fun and many laughs!!
Studies have shown that having fun at work has real impact benefits on employees, which is why we’ve implemented Fun Days at TTA. Anytime during the year, employees can take a “fun day” to do whatever they want. Whether it’s an impromptu beach trip during the middle of the week in the summer, or a quick ski trip during the winter. There’s no need to schedule these days off in advance – TTA just asks that employees take some photos so that we can see how much fun they had!
