Purpose
The sky really is the limit with our company. As our company grows, you will too. I like to think that when other people zig, we zag. Meaning that we don’t always take the traditional approach to branding, marketing, food, or even management. We’re called The Peached Tortilla for crying out loud! I mention that because I welcome new ideas and new ways of doing things. We can always do better - that is what should keep us motivated and hungry.
Vision
As many of you know, we started off as a small, humble food truck outfit in 2010. Since then, we have rapidly grown, expanding to two custom built food trucks, a catering business with many loyal clients, multiple brick and mortar concepts (The Peached Tortilla-Burnet, The Peached Tortilla - ABIA, Bar Peached, Fat City Stacks, The Peached Tortilla - Boise) and multi-functional event space, Peached Social House. Our growth is a testament not only to the creation of a great brand and product but the fostering of a great culture within our company fueled by great people. I firmly believe that people make companies successful. Without great people providing the foundation for our company, we will not continue to grow. And this is where you come into play. I cannot overstate how much we value our employees. I want our environment to be a place where creativity is fostered and opportunity awaits behind every corner.

The Peached Tortilla’s mission is to provide an affordable and accessible dining experience with a focus on innovative and great tasting food. We believe that for a brand to be successful, we must become one with not only the food that we serve but also our community and our employees. It is of the utmost importance for us to provide a tremendous product with integrity to our customers and to also enrich the lives of our employees as they continue to grow within our company. We believe that a commitment to uncompromising values and integrity should always guide our decisions and actions as we pursue our goals of sustaining a thriving business that is profitable and scalable.
