Whatever Wednesdays - Our teams are so passionate about their work that they founded a monthly series called Whatever Wednesdays to share things that inspire them, including projects they are working on inside and outside of the office, bringing extra energy into our daily work and thinking.
Fun & Games - Any great place to work needs places to help employees blow off steam. Our toy department is full of fun toys and gadgets including a "life-size" Shrek, agency razor scooters (to get around, of course) and our creative department regularly engages in Nerf gun wars. We also added a fully-outfitted lounge complete with keg, regulation Foosball table, XBox and Wii on a big screen TV and a comfy sectional couch.
Halloween Party – We celebrate Halloween “TMS Style” by going all out – we’re talking costumes, themed office space, competitions and lots of party! Whether in our space or at the House of Blues, our employees and clients are invited to get together and have some fun, plus a special performance from our in-house TMS band “Patti’s Preference
Diversity & Inclusion: For Pride Month every year we bring in a speaker to educate our employees about the LGBTQ community, host a rainbow bagel breakfast and donate to Howard Health Brown Organization. This past year for International Women's Day, we hosted a panel discussion with our women at the agency discussing their career journey and inspiring others. Most importantly, we listen to employees and support the initiatives that are important to them!
After all, we’re a family-focused and kid-friendly agency. We respect the value of home, family and self. We have 6-8 weeks paid maternity, 2 weeks paid paternity, $5,000 adoption assistance and family leave. And, when life itself is off-balance, The Marketing Store also offers a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program focusing on work/life, financial, and legal counseling and concierge services. We also offer educational programs on financial services including retirement planning and investing so you can have a life once your work is done.
