We inspire with programs like TMA Cares, our volunteer initiative that donates to local animal shelters; cleans up beaches, lakes and rivers in our communities; and buys gifts and cupcakes for less fortunate kids on their birthdays.
We improve with an in-house learning & development team (a rarity among agencies) that creates customized classes like The Art of the Pitch (we pitch ideas all day long!), The Art of Time Management, and In Tha' Know, a fast-paced lunch-time program that loaded with information about trends, digital technology and creative thinking.
