Additional Culture Details
The Kleingers Group focuses more on culture and creating a positive work environment than the bottom line. From small perks like fruit, snacks, and plants in the office to guest speakers and events costing tens of thousands to the latest technology – the company's long-term vision is to make The Kleingers Group an enjoyable and innovative workplace.
In 2019, The Kleingers Group built a brand-new office. While it was built, in part, to make the company a "destination" for future employees, it was designed with current employees' needs each step of the way. A hand-selected committee spent hours agonizing over details. They evaluated workstation wall height, desk space versus storage space, and the presence of offices. This was important because the company wanted to ensure employees were comfortable, happy, and had an area they desired to work in each day—the tone is evident from the fact that the CEO and President sits in an open workstation that looks precisely like the workstations of each every other employee. In addition to the accommodating desk units, social and entertainment areas are incorporated throughout the office, including a tavern with a pool table, foosball, air hockey, and corn hole. This office model is the template used when remodeling or designing new office spaces throughout the company.
Kleingers offers a variety of social opportunities throughout the year.
