The McNabb Center is a premier not-for-profit provider of behavioral health services in East Tennessee. Since 1948, the Center has provided quality and compassionate care to children, adults, and families experiencing mental illness, addiction, and social challenges. Now in its 77th year, the Center remains committed to its mission: “Improving the lives of the people we serve.” Through innovation, community partnerships, and dedicated service, we continue to expand access to care and strengthen the well-being of our communities. Our comprehensive services include crisis intervention, outpatient therapy, substance use treatment, housing and supportive programs, and specialized care for children and families. By addressing both immediate needs and long-term recovery, we empower individuals to achieve stability and a better quality of life.
