• Keyp It Up Awards- Team members recognize each other for going above and beyond their daily job duties. Once a month we share this recognition with the Company through an awards ceremony followed where our CEO reads out each sentiment. Multiple employees that received a recognition from their peers are then selected at random to win a trip to the Company “treasure box.” Treasure box prizes include: airfare tickets, massage gift cards, Apple watches, Disney tickets & more!
• Comprehensive Worksite Wellness Program- We care about our team members and their physical and mental well-being. All team members are provided with FitBits and are encouraged through incentives to participate in regular steps challenges, walking meetings, BYOL (bring your own lunch challenge) etc. Team members are rewarded for their healthy habits through extra paid time off, gift cards, and health products like food scales, weight scales, swell bottles and more. Employees have access to the fully equipped Gehring Group fitness center, healthy snacks, meditation sessions, quarterly chair massages, adult coloring books for destressing, and more!
• Yearlong Employee Appreciation Events – Themed holiday events include: Thanksgiving Feast catered by The Lord’s Place, Valentine’s Day Events (IE: Onsite baristas for the day, Made-to-order Crepes, Made to order waffles), Halloween Pizza Party & Costume Contest, St. Patrick’s Day Traditional Feast catered by The Lord’s Place, Easter Egg hunt with prizes, Corporate Holiday Party with holiday gifts and dinner, Company sponsored Family Fun Day for Team Members and their families (IE: Day at the South Florida Fair with free fair access, food, and unlimited rides, and Family Day at the Ballpark.) Company Team Building – “Let the Games Begin” Olympic style event with relay challenges, musical chair competition, karaoke competition, scavenger hunt & more, and work anniversary celebrations provided by the Company (Each Team Member selects either a cake, a cheese platter, a fruit platter, bagels, donuts etc. to provide to the company for his/her anniversary celebration).
