The Garrett Companies is a full service Multifamily Development, Construction, and Property Management team that works in unison to entitle, develop, build, and manage multifamily apartment projects across the country. Our proprietary market research criteria paired with our proprietary business model allows us to create desirable, high-end multifamily housing, while also producing superior risk-adjusted returns for our financial partners. OH – we also have a “no middle managers” rule. We don’t hire them! Every single person on our team does actual work. Crazy…I know. Remember group projects in school – where 1 person did all the work and the rest were just there collecting a grade? We seek out those people that did the work – and we have a knack of filtering out those applicants that were the “grade collectors”.
