Since 2002, The Drying Company has been serving homeowners and businesses in Greater Richmond and on the Virginia Peninsulas. In 2022 we moved into a new building to accommodate our growing team. We are located in Toano, VA, central to our service area.
The Drying Company specializes in attics, basements, crawl spaces, foundations, and gutters. Our goal is to help homeowners make their homes more comfortable, energy efficient, durable, and healthy. We help solve common concerns such as high energy bills, cold floors, wet basements, moldy and mildew crawl spaces, settling and sinking foundations, and clogged damaged gutters.
We know that no home is exactly like another and believe in offering long-term solutions, not temporary fixes. It is our practice to teach our customers about the causes of their concerns through building science to work together and achieve their home comfort goals.
