TDC’s physical space is unlike any other staffing firm. With orange walls, a disco ball, contemporary furniture, and edgy design, the workplace doesn’t feel like an office. Neither does the culture. Here, there is an open-air feel, where progress, ideas, and innovation are a part of the daily work life. Our executive team believes in a bottom-up approach where employees are empowered at the highest level.There is no cap on commissions. The sales team works without a script. There are awards for marketers, recruiters, humanitarians, and rockstars. And as a testament to the importance the executives place on engagement, all employees participate in biannual member engagement surveys designed to encourage feedback on what TDC can do better, the answers of which are aggregated, analyzed, and communicated out to everyone.
