Vision
Delphian's story began in 1974, when a group of individuals purchased a property in Sheridan, Oregon and got to work building a new educational
model. Delphian School’s goal, and mine, is a civilization based in reason.

Delphian's culture as an employer is one of growth, community and inclusion. Some staff are part of the original founding team. Some are 2nd

- Every employee and faculty member has the ability and power to bring about positive change
