Additional Culture Details
In support of our Values, Coral has an internal university – Coral University – that offers, every spring and fall, classes in topics that affect our business and all of our team members participate in classes.
As part of our commitment to our team, new team members are offered leadership development mentoring by a member of our executive team.
Every Friday afternoon, our property management, financial reporting, and administrative teams meet by video conference to share team member recognition, evaluate vendors, and discuss topics of current interest.
In-depth on-boarding and multi-disciplinary training help all new team members to be equipped to step onto the learning curve with the tools to learn how our business operates and how to perform their responsibilities.
Team members are encouraged to devote their energy to community causes and the Coral team has volunteered as a group at the Cleveland Food Bank.
