Purpose
Since 1983, The Coordinating Center has been Maryland’s premier nonprofit care coordination organization for children and adults living with disabilities
and/or complex medical needs. Our coordinators work with each individual and their caregiver to identify their strengths, preferences, and areas for
growth, as well as any barriers that inhibit a person from achieving their goals.
