Our unique company culture has always been the backbone of our organization.
Our culture began in our spacious office, located in the heart of the business district, complete with panoramic views of the San Diego skyline. Our dog-friendly office has a fully stocked kitchen, ping-pong tables, gaming consoles, and a whole room filled with music equipment for the days where someone just needs to rock out! Since the pandemic began, we’ve had to find innovative ways to keep our company culture thriving while we worked remotely.
Over the last year, we’ve allocated every employee a $100 credit at Crafty, which can be spent on snacks, drinks, electronics, fitness equipment, and work-from-home essentials. Our facilities team has regularly sent out care packages to every employee, and some of our amazing gifts have included Apple Airpod Pros and Ember travel mugs.
Our team is allocated a large annual development budget, and PeopleConenct encourages every employee to further their skills through company-sponsored workshops, courses, and seminars.
Our team is built from talented individuals from all over the country — and the world! We’re world travelers, parents, artists, musicians, and hobbyist tech developers who combine our unique talents and backgrounds to create amazing things — and we have a great time doing it.
