The Baumgardner family and our amazing team of professionals have been an integral part of South Jersey commercial construction and real estate since the late 1970s. Since the early 2000s, we’ve expanded north and west to serve most of the state of New Jersey and the Greater Philadelphia region. As a family-owned and operated company, we aim to build and foster long-lasting relationships in order to work together to build our local economies for years to come. We hope to earn our clients’ trust and become their go-to partners to service their needs, no matter how big or small. We value our workforce and take great pride in the team we’ve built and continue to grow; The Baumgardner's are a big family and extend that family environment to the workplace, understanding that this is a team effort through and through.
