Additional Culture Details
Texas RE offers the flexibility of working for a small organization combined with the security of working for an established not-for-profit company. Employees work a hybrid scheduled consisting of at least two days in the office with the option of working three days remotely. Additional in-office work may be required depending on project scopes. Additionally, employees have the option to take advantage of Flexible Friday, where employees may shift working hours to earlier in the week instead of on Friday after noon.
Employees work in a close-knit team with talented, knowledgeable coworkers. Here, everyone’s input is valued, and employees are given the opportunity to grow and develop their careers with the company.
Employees benefit from a range of knowledge-building experiences. In the ERCOT region electricity industry, employees not only gain insight into the operations of a range of industry players – public and private, federal and state – employees learn all aspects of compliance, regional to national.
