We have deep roots in our community, and we work diligently to help improve the financial status of our members and our neighborhoods. Why? Because they’re our neighborhoods too. Our Fun Committee is responsible for creating opportunities and moments to build human connections and find a best friend at work. Multiple large-scale events are held each year, specifically for our employees, allowing our team members to socialize and engage outside of work.
Our All Texans committee is designed to ensure every Texan feels seen, heard, and belongs at work. Creating learning opportunities, education-events, and social events where employees can connect and learn about different backgrounds and cultures.
Our Texans Gives Back committee is committed to providing our employees opportunities throughout the year to give back to their communities and Texans Credit Union's charitable partners. Every employee has the opportunity to use Volunteer Time Off throughout the year and the Texans Give Back committee helps facilitate those events so employees can feel connected to their local community and build relationships through service.
