TEIS (Therapeutic Early Intervention Services)
Founded by Julie Hudak and Tara Deringor in 2004, TEIS provides therapeutic Early Intervention services to children birth to age three who have development delays or disabilities.
TEIS Therapists:
- Offer services in the child's natural environment (home, daycare, playground), at the family's convenience.
- Listen to parental concerns and hopes for their child
- Assess each child’s individual needs
- Develop a comprehensive treatment plan for each child based on observations, experience and parental input
- Incorporate cutting-edge methods and tools in a family-centered, child-led, play-based approach
- Provide caregivers the opportunity to practice activities and techniques during therapy session so they can be incorporated into the family's daily routines.
