A part of The Bernstein Companies, one of the oldest commercial real estate firms in Washington, D.C. purchasing its first hotel in 1982, thus entering into the hospitality industry. Over the past 40 years, TBC Hotels has owned, developed, and operated more than 20 hotels throughout the United States.
The Hampton Inn by Hilton Bloomington, acquired by District Lodging Capital and managed by TBC Hotels in July 2022 is proudly leading the way in many operational and cultural facets. The team led by General Manager, Rachel Robertson, demonstrates exemplary behavior in teamwork, integrity, entrepreneurial spirit and building relationships with her associates, guests and community.
