Additional Culture Details
One of the best things about working at Synergistix is our corporate culture. There is a real sense of family and team cohesion. Synergistix hosts monthly events for its employees to facilitate bonding and team building. Some of our events include complimentary lunches, massage days, ice-cream socials, pot-luck luncheons, holiday celebrations and so much more! Tradition has always been important to use and have continued our annual programs and events such as our holiday party, summer family picnic, employee fun day, wellness day, summer STEM program (which was featured in our local newspaper) and back to school gift card program to assist employee's with school-age children with the cost of school supplies. Don Schenker, President & CEO writes a handwritten personalized note to each child. We also offer employees with flexible work schedules, generous PTO program, a day off during the month of the employee's birthday as well as during the month of the employee's service anniversary, a stocked break room and game room to relieve stress.
