Swyft Filings is an online filing service for business formations. More importantly, we’re a company that has helped budding entrepreneurs start over 300,000 new businesses (and counting). Since 2015, we’ve grown from a lawyer and two online entrepreneurs into a team 124 strong – and you can bet we’re not done yet. We exist to make business ownership accessible to all, and to act as the trusted resource for all of our clients throughout their entrepreneurial journey.
Purpose
Swyft Filings exists to enable entrepreneurs to follow their dreams. We incorporate LLCs, Corporations, and Nonprofits, and provide products and services to help our customers manage their businesses from inception to success.

Additional Culture Details
Swyft Filings is very focused on the employee experience, starting with recruiting and continuing throughout each person's employment with us. We aim to give our employees many of the standard "perks" that make work more enjoyable such as free snacks, a ping pong table, bright, open office spaces, and now a remote work model. Since our transition to remote work, we began to hold virtual activities like fitness, cooking, and painting classes, movie screenings, and happy hours. We aim to have a culture of camaraderie, both physically and virtually. Swyft believes that when you work hard with your teammates, you should play just as hard.
Culture isn't just about fun and games though. We also want to make sure we're building a company that empowers our employees to develop. We are actively fostering a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion by initiating various pursuits that promote a more inclusive workplace. Whenever possible, we promote from within to encourage our staff to learn new skills. Swyft also holds microlearning sessions on various leadership and business topics, where we discuss how to give and receive feedback, effectively communicate etc. to improve ourselves and our teams. At Swyft Filings, hiring talented and positive people, finding ways to foster team unity, and ensuring that we invest in our employees' development are the keys to building a solid culture where people want to work.
