We are compassionate and take the time to understand and take care of each other. When one of us is facing a challenging time, hurting, sick or grieving, we rally. My team, they are like a second family. The environment is empowering, positive and fun. I don't feel overworked, I'm ASKED if I can stay/work over time which is huge. They reiterate family is first, our safety is first. When it comes to bad weather or family things or even doctors appointments, the ability to work remotely without question is amazing. If time off is needed, it's easy to take without it being difficult. The amount of PTO we're given when we first start and even after our probationary period is wonderful! The work life balance is refreshing. I feel like I actually have time for things other than work, and I feel more focused/motivated at work because of that balance.
