I love my job becasue I enjoy helping people, solving problems, and making a difference. I enjoy that every day is different and that I have the opportunity to make an impact; not only for our customers, but also for my team and our marina. I value the relationships I've built, the challenges that continue to push me to grow, and the opportunity to contribute to the success of our property.

It is so FUN! I get to meet new people everyday and have the opportunity to make their day even more special, whether its giving them a tour or convincing them on a slip and turning it into the perspective of the experience. Its impactful to us to develop these bonds which in return will create trust, loyalty, and comfort during there experience here at the Marina.

It's not a job. I tell others all the time, "it's not a job if you enjoy what you do everyday." The team work with. The fact that the majority of our clients love being a part of Suntex as well & makes our "job" even more rewarding. I would 30 years in my family's business with all the ups & downs & stress that came with it...here I feel like family as well, without all the stress. I love being able to come to work everyday & want to do better than I did yesterday because I know that will make me a better employee & better for my team. And the fact that I "get to!"

The Schedule is very flexible while still providing ample opportunity to work a full schedule. My managers here me and trust me to do my job to the best of my ability without crushing oversight helping me feel valued and trusted in my organization.

We can connect with boaters and build long lasting relationships. We provide resources to people that are new to the boating world.
