We provide performance-driven management, consulting, and market information services for owners and investors in multifamily real estate.
Sunrise is one of the few elite companies to hold the distinction of being an Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Accredited Management Organization (AMO®). An AMO organization is required to demonstrate the highest level of professional competence, ethics, business stability, and financial standards. Sunrise is currently one of only two AMO's in the Capital Region.

Mission
Jesse Holland formed Sunrise Management & Consulting in 1998 to focus on managing large multifamily rental properties. After 20+ years managing both residential multifamily and commercial properties, we know how to meet every challenge head-on, keeping our clients' investments running smoothly and helping to add value to properties.
We are a company that focuses on the finer points of property management, including the relationships that are developed between our employees, residents, and contractors.
