Ask any employee within Stream and they will tout our family-like environment and our amazing culture. Employees feel that the company truly cares about its employees and strives to create a place where people love to come to work every day. The company provides free snacks, including healthy options, weekly, a recreation/break room, complete with foosball and ping pong tables, on onsite gym and café, and even onsite concierge services such as mobile car wash and massages. We have several open collaboration areas with walls of white board paint, and inspirational mantras on walls throughout the office space. We offer a casual dress code and open office environment to support our open communication and collaboration. The company has several off-site events each year for employees and their families, the favorite of which is our Fall Fling at the Texas State Fair. If needed, the company supports bringing children to work as well.

As for health benefits, we have an extremely competitive benefits plan, including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, free disability coverage, and $50K of basic life coverage at no cost as well. We also offer a wellness program which helps employees who are interested to improve upon their health. Employees who chose to participate in our wellness program receive a hefty discount on premiums, which in some cases, results in a FREE plan for those using employee-only coverage. We have also worked hard at emphasizing wellness to ensure we keep costs down, which has resulted in NO PREMIUM INCREASE to employees in the last 4 years.

The company also provides a 401k plan which allows for an employer match of 4%, and those contributions are 100% immediately vested.
