Strata’s four core values, Serve, Rock, Grow, Pro, also known as the The StrataWay, drive everything we do…from how we hire to how we work every day. Serve is about always keeping a service-centric mindset, whether serving the clients, serving one another, or serving the community. Rock is about going to work every day, “rocking” impact, and making a difference. Grow reminds the team to always be curious and energized around learning and development. And finally, Pro refers to professionalism…being responsible, accountable, prepared and positive in everything they do.
