We believe in providing our customers, and employees, with the Star Treatment by Returning the Favor. The Star Treatment is given to our customers through our low rates, award-winning customer care and no surprise philosophy of doing business. We show our employees the Star Treatment through our benefits and by Returning the Favor, our campaign for the past year. We believe in Returning the Favor to the community, customers, and employees by giving back and showing our appreciation to them for making StarTex Power such a success. We have done giveaways for customers, sponsored community projects, and started an Employee Stock Ownership Plan for our employees.
