Whether an employee chooses to get involved in Green Light Grant, our inhouse entrepreneurial competition (where the first place winner wins $10,000 to bring their idea to life) or simply wants to join a Diversity and Inclusion group, which we have over 10 of, there is truly something for everyone to get involved in. In the summer months, we open our doors to outside vendors who host company happy hours and our Starcom sports teams are in full swing. We recognize that a successful company is made up of happy employees.
