There is no drama in my department and we are doing great work. We all get along, the work is fun, I enjoy working with my boss and coworkers. I feel appreciated, valued and liked.

I get to do what I am meant to do every day and have paths for advancement. The positive team atmosphere is contagious and pushes you to put your best work forward.

I have the freedom to complete my work in a manner that is efficient for me and my experience and I have the support of my management team.

I do what I went to school for, I work with great people, I have a lot of freedom in my position to choose how to be the most productive, my managers trust me to get the job done.

The flexibility of working hybrid allows me to be a better employee and a better mom. Not stressing about the commute home, getting to school pickup on time, beating the traffic, etc., is not a worry with this flexibility. I can truly focus at work and be near where my child will be at the end of the day without a worry that I won't make it to them in time.

I get to work on various projects and work with team members from other offices.

I learn something new every day, and I have fun doing it.

Working at Stanley Consultants has allowed me to overcome the deep burnout I felt at my last job. I feel like my managers are supportive and make decisions based on the idea that we work to live and not live to work.
