I am challenged, appreciated, respected for my skills and knowledge. Constantly presented with opportunities to learn and further my knowledge and skills. I never feel like a short fall or miss in work is never treated as a negative, it is approached as a gap in knowledge or skills and utilized as a learning opportunity. This reduces the fear of failure, and encourages asking questions and learning.

I believe my job gives me a sense of purpose. I wake up and get to do something that is very tangible and you can see the progress of your work every day.

I love my job because every day is different. I have a great support system and I feel secure.

Each project that I work on is unique and allows for me to experience new aspects of the work that our company does. My team supports me in all of the work that I do and if I need help or information, anyone is willing to step up and help.

I love the Team aspect of my job! Bringing a team together and defeating our everyday challenges in the construction field. I have the opportunity to use my knowledge from the field while sharing knowledge with others. Working with strong teams that believe in the same thing and have the same goals. I love the ability to lead strong teams, building strong relationships and turning plans into real results.
