Named a National Blue Ribbon School in 2024 and 2013 by the U.S. Department of Education, St. Joseph School is a Catholic parish school serving children in Pre-K 4's to grade 8. Located in the heart of Cockeysville, the mission of St. Joseph, an authentically Catholic community of diverse learners, prepares students to think critically, to work purposefully, and to live faithfully. St. Joseph School offers a variety of athletic, social, and extracurricular opportunities. The school curriculum utilizes creative instructions as well as state-of-the art technology that keeps students engaged in learning. Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of Baltimore provide a Christ-centered education that is academically excellent and empowers students to reach their full potential – spiritually, intellectually, physically, socially, and morally. The State of Maryland has awarded St. Joseph School with Gold status recognition of Positive Behavioral Intervention & Supports (PBIS).
