Purpose
Our office is led by St. Johns County Property Appraiser Eddie Creamer and is comprised of 45 employees who manage more than 180,000 parcels.
Mission
The mission of the St. Johns County Property Appraiser’s Office is to prepare a tax roll that is fair, equitable and accurate and in a timely manner while also complying with Florida Statutes and the requirements of the Florida Constitution.
