Purpose
Spot was built on the belief that there is a better way to move freight. We believe in keeping our promises, getting the little things right, and doing whatever it takes to ensure our customers’ freight arrives safely and on-time.
Vision
In 2009, we started as a two-man team. Since then, we have grown into one of the fastest growing companies in the nation with over 300 employees across our Indianapolis, Charlotte, and Tempe offices. We hire people who are driven to succeed, and we back them up with the support that helps them grow.
