What employees are saying

I feel part of an organizational team that is doing great work for people and feel respected and united with co-workers in achieving SPIN's outcomes.

Making a difference in people’s life

I love the work I do and making a different in the lives of the individuals I support.

I enjoy doing my job everyday. I feel good that I make a difference in children’s lives. Working at SPIN is like being with family.

It gives me the opportunity to lead by example and, the opportunity to make a positive impact on ALL stakeholders.

For the past 27 years, I have learned and have grown so much as a person. Because of the support I continue to receive, I am able to do my job by following my heart as well as policy. I know that working at SPIN, supporting individuals with disabilities, their families, and their staff, is what I was born to do. And, because of the belief in me by Senior Management and Corporate, I am able to do it everyday. I have never regretted my decision to stay here all these years.

I am able to help people in their daily lives. Although parts of my job are stressful, when I see the outcomes people are able to achieve, it makes it all worth it.

I love this job because I enjoy supporting the ladies at my site. I enjoy seeing them express their appreciation for the care I am giving to them. Their smiles and expressions motivates me to always give them my best.

I am able to work in a positive environment where growth is encouraged, diversity is valued, and there is a vision and focus for the work that is done.

I am helping people, especially underserved populations. I enjoy being able to do a bunch of different things within my job so I am never bored. I feel that my opinion and ideas are greatly valued as part of the team.
