SPD Construction is a full-service construction firm providing general contracting, design/build, CM at risk and CM at fee services in the southwest region of the United States. Founded as Signature Project Delivery (SPD) in 2017 by Tim Sommer and Rob Walters, SPD has experienced steady growth in each market sector and repeat business from every client since inception. At SPD, we are consistently our client’s top advisor from project inception through feasibility, design, construction, and occupancy. We tailor our transparent approach to further our client’s interests in order to achieve the best value and speed to market for their project. The leadership SPD employs along with the depth of supplier and subcontractor resources continually re-assures our clients that they are getting the best scope, budget, schedule, quality and safety possible for their project.
Purpose
The culture at SPD is very team oriented, very young, and very fresh. Every aspect of our company is comprised at teams. We succeed, fail, grow, and innovate as a team. This approach allows everyone to work at maximum efficiency and excellence. Our company may be young, but we a vibrant and engaging, and treat everyone with integrity and respect.
