At Spatial Networks, we are travelers, foodies, coffee addicts, and - most importantly - friends who truly like and respect each other. That is probably at least in part because we are a smaller company, but it really comes from the top down. Our CEO, Tony Quartararo, strongly believes in treating his employees well (see our benefits package) and being generous with praise, and that mindset carries across the whole staff. We are quick to acknowledge hard work and celebrate the successes of our colleagues, and are always willing to lend a hand where it’s needed. “Not my job” is not a phrase that is ever uttered here. A small company needs to be nimble, flexible, and resilient!
