Southern Management is celebrating it 50th Anniversary this year! We are a customer-oriented, quality-driven property management company. Southern Management is the largest privately-owned residential property management company in the Mid-Atlantic Region. We opened our doors in 1965 with six (6) employees and have grown to be a leader in the property management industry with 1419 employees, which we call team members. “At Southern, People Come First!”
Southern Management owns and operates 77 communities consisting of over 24,000 apartment homes, a luxury boutique hotel, ski resort, and approximately 945000 square feet of commercial office and retail space throughout the Baltimore-Washington region. Although we manage properties, our business is people. We work hard to create great places for people to live, work, play and stay and take pride in the long-term relationships we have with our residents, commercial tenants, hotel guests and team members. Our residents, guests and tenants enjoy world-class customer service, and our team members understand the unique commitment we have to their careers.
