Purpose
The world runs on software, and with poor-quality software costing over $2.4 trillion annually in the U.S. alone, addressing code quality and code security is critical. Sonar has been focused on enabling continuous improvement of code quality and security, while reducing developer toil, since its founding in 2008. A developer-first organization, our leading code quality and code security solution, SonarQube, automates reviews and provides actionable code intelligence for all code (first-party, AI-generated, third-party open source), so developers can deliver better software, faster.
