Soldiers' Angels
Soldiers' Angels is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to providing aid, comfort, and resources to Service Members, Veterans, and their families. Since 2003, we've mobilized volunteers across all 50 states and around the world to support the Military-connected community through a wide range of programs, including food assistance, care package support, volunteer opportunities, VA hospital support, and services that address the unique challenges faced by those who serve.
Our work is guided by a simple belief: no Service Member, Veteran, or Military family should ever feel forgotten. Through innovative programs, strategic partnerships, and the dedication of our employees and volunteers, we deliver meaningful support where it's needed most—strengthening lives, building community, and honoring service every day.

Purpose
At Soldiers' Angels, purpose is more than a statement—it guides every decision we make. We exist to provide aid, comfort, and resources to Service Members, Veterans, and their families, ensuring that no one who has served our nation feels forgotten.
Whether we're helping a Veteran put food on the table, supporting a deployed Service Member with a care package, assisting a Military family through a difficult time, or mobilizing volunteers across the country, every employee has the opportunity to make a meaningful difference. Regardless of role or department, each team member can see the direct impact of their work on the lives of those we serve.
We're driven by compassion, service, and the belief that small acts of kindness can create lasting change. Our purpose unites us, inspires innovation, and reminds us every day that behind every program, campaign, and partnership is a person whose life can be made better because we chose to serve.

At Soldiers' Angels, our culture is built on purpose, collaboration, and caring for one another. Every employee plays a meaningful role in supporting Service Members, Veterans, and Military families, creating a shared sense of purpose that extends beyond individual responsibilities.
We believe meaningful work should also be enjoyable. Employees participate in friendly step challenges, enjoy a pet-friendly office, and look forward to our annual staff retreat. We also make time to connect through weekly Friday Family Lunches, holiday celebrations, and office BBQs that strengthen relationships across the organization.

Spouses, children, and loved ones are often invited to volunteer alongside us, assist with office projects, and join in special celebrations throughout the year.
