Our ProgressBook education applications are used by more than 750 school districts nationwide, including 70% of Ohio public schools. ProgressBook solutions are scalable, enabling districts of all sizes to attain an optimum level of technology and functionality with a single solutions provider. Additional Culture Details
We want to serve a purpose, whether that’s helping the education industry, helping each other achieve our personal goals, or helping each other grow. We also have a passion for learning. Every month, we hold presentations where we not only share a meal, but also share information to keep learning. To get a deeper understanding of those we serve, we have been holding educator panels. These sessions include a pre-learning, panel presentation, and post learning knowledge share. We have gained a lot of knowledge about our customers and their needs from the superintendents, teachers, technology coordinators, guidance counselors, special education coordinators, and curriculum directors who have joined us for the panels. Additionally, we believe in innovation. We are always seeking new ways to accomplish tasks and goals, such as adopting the Six Thinking Hats model for our discussions and Extreme Ownership to improve ourselves and our teams. Something else that is important to us is striking a balance between working hard and having fun. We love holding social activities that focus on wellness, community, team building, and learning. Not only do we care for education, we also care for each other. We enjoy sharing our knowledge and skills with one another as well as sharing a few laughs.
