As an industry leader, we believe our greatest differentiator is our people. If we take care of them, they will take care of our members. This includes living by our 11 core values and creating dedicated employee programming to bring them to life; offering SoFridays (non-exempt employees start their weekends at 2 p.m. Friday); and our overall flexible approach to the workplace, which allows employees to choose whether they would like to be full-time remote, hybrid or full-time in office.
In addition, we have a volunteer program called SoFi Gives and an initiative called SoFi Cares, which focus on maintaining wellness in the workplace.
