We are dedicated to ensuring our employees know they have a voice. Toward that end, we utilize an employee engagement system called TinyPulse to ask one anonymous question of our workforce bi-monthly. This question helps us gauge how they’re feeling and what they’re thinking. We socialize the results with the whole company and we put an action plan into place on how to address the results of the survey.
We know that work-life balance is important for our employees. We offer a casual work environment, flexible vacation and sick leave, a wide range of snacks and beverages in the office, and promote health and wellness (we have a yoga room and spin studio). Each employee has a standing desk (on wheels), access to our building’s gym, and we have a game room that is frequented by employees. Our open concept floor plan, monthly all-hands meeting, and weekly happy hours encourage a collaborative environment.
